Both teams are newcomers in the 2nd lreague this season. Pelikan is absolutely newcomer, never played in 1st and 2nd league. GKS Katowice played almost all years in 1st or 2nd league.
Firstly, Gks have better squad(ex 1st league players - Sierka, Prasnal, Krysiński, Markowski, Gorczyca), much more better fans, and what's very important - good coach(who has good realtions with the players) and very good atmosphere on the stadium.
Their home record isn't good (3-2-2), but they lost with good teams - Wisla Plock and Znicz Pruszkow and won with weak, like :
Motor 4-0
Stal 2-0
Warta 1-0
Pelikan, from the other hand has only 3 good players - Wilk(38y. o. ), Jozwiak(37 y. o) and Terlecki. I think this is the only power to play good football. Other players are young and unexperienced. 2 weeks ago they changed the coach and in his debut they managed to win 4-2 at home with LKS Lomza.
Anyway, away they 're pathetic with (0-0-7) record. and 4-21 goals !
They're the last in the league table with 10 points under the safe place and nobody believes that they will avoid relegation.
I keep in my mind, that they've a new coach, new motivation so the stake is 6, but im pretty sure, that GKS will win
