I disagree with people saying, that Arka deserves the last place in league. Right now for them the only way not to be relegated is to win and check the other matches results.
Arka hosts Odra, who has still some minimal chances to fall into relegation, but its rather impossible.
Arka started season with coach Michniewicz - and in my opinion he made a lot of mistakes on training, during the matches he substitued wrong players and issued fines for some players. Finally board couldn't see his strange steps and sacked him. In april they appointed ex- LKS coach, well known as a person who prefers hard work.
He improved the style of play, but Arka got only 2 points from last matches. They were fighting, but they had some bad luck, conceding stupid goals after individual mistakes. In last 3 matches 2 times they were leading, once until 83 minute, but they lost.
Last away match was the last chance match, they played with 4th GKS Belchatow and accomplished their mission by not losing. Score was 1-1 and Arka was playing good football.
On saturday it's also a last chance game.
They face Odra which in past 10 years always had big luck not to be relegated. This season is the same. Odra with the smalles budget and with typical 'woody' players occupies 12th spot.
So far they played 14 times as guest, losing 8 times, scoring only 8 goals and conceding 26.
Board and players knows, that 1 point secures safe place, but in my opinion Arka will win that match, with big fans support, and with special ( 150000 euro ) bonus for players for winning that match.
