I think that Costa Rica can win for this reasons:

1 - Do not gain points at home could be problematic for Costa Rica. Indeed, is very difficult to take points on Centenario of Montevideo when Uruguay was beaten only by Brazil and Argentina (in the latest minutes of the match). I think that Costa Rica has yet considered this thing and that the players will put on field all that they have to gain a positive result at home.


2 - Even if Uruguay is a strong team on his side, is not the same when they play away matches. I think that could be worse for Uruguay to play outside his home on irregular field (synthetic) like the field of Deportivo Saprissa.

3 - Uruguay has a lot of players out for this match:Cristian Rodríguez (Porto), Martín Cáceres (Juventus), Andres Scotti (Argentios Juniors) Diego Perez (Monaco) and Maximiliano Pereira (Benfica) are all banned while Jorge "Malaka" Martínez (Catania) e Jorge Fucile (FC Oporto) are injured. Another player, Walter Gargano (Napoli) had suffered a small injury on training and it could be out for this match (even if the chances of this happening are few)
