Croatia have eliminated Russia and Denmark in the knock-out stage after penalty roulette. The Blazers played excellent during the group stage too. They started the World Cup with a 2:0 win over Nigeria, then outplayed Argentina with 3:0 and beat Iceland with 2:1 in the third round. Coach Zlatko Dalic has some injury issues ahead of this match as goalkeeper Danijel Subasic and defender Sime Vrsaljko are rated as doubtful. England have eliminated Sweden with 2:0 in the quarter-finals. Harry Maguire and Dele Alli scored the goals. In the previous round they have eliminated Colombia after penalties. England were not impressive so far, they had two victories and one defeat during the group stage. The Three Lions beat Tunisia with 2:1 and Panama with 6:1, while lost 1:0 to Belgium. Southgate has almost all players available, only Jamie Vardy remains doubtful. As conclusion, I expect a great tactical battle and I think the winners will be decided after the extra time, maybe after penalties. Not in the regular 90 minutes.
