Napoli travelled with only 14 first teamers in Granada, most part of usual starters in serie A played in EL, specially in attack where topscorer Insigne ( 10g), third scorer Politano ( 4g) and Oshimen (3g) played and only Politano was substituted at half time cause problems and is in doubt today, maybe only on bench.


With second scorer Lozano ( 9g) and Petagna ( att. 4g) again out as keeper Ospina, Manolas ( def. 18+1), Mertens ( att. 4g), Hysaj ( right back 9+1) attacking line is very thin and Insigne and Oshimen could have some problem of tiredness.

Demme ( midf. 10+3 2g), Coulibaly ( def. 15), Ghoulam ( def. 1+6) return available, but last two after covid-isolation, so form should be not at 100%.


Guests won three matches in serie A in 2021, two ones against weak Fiorentina and parma and against Juventus they scored a penalty, but in second half were pressed a lot by Juventus, that would deserve at least a draw.


Atalanta has same number of points, but on match more, they were a bit better in new year with five wins in nine matches.

Hosts had all week to prepare this match and already defeated 3-1 Napoli in Italy cup ten days ago, with the opponent that had, among others, as Lozano as Ospina in first eleven.
