This is a genuine 'Derby della Madonnina', one of the most interesting in the last period. The match could decide many things on the table. Milan are second with 49 points, one less than Inter. In the last round Milan lost 2:0 to Spezia. On Thursday Milan played 2:2 with Crvena Zvezda in the first-leg Europa League tie. The reverse fixture will come just four days later, so Pioli must rest some of his players. Daniele Bonera remain sidelined, while Brahim Díaz and Ismael Bennacer are rated as doubtful. Inter, meanwhile, are in good form, they won the last three matches in Serie A. The Nerazzurri beat Benevento, Fiorentina and Lazio. Coach Antonio Conte is doing an excellent job and the fans are satisfied. Romelu Lukaku and Lautaro Martinez are in very good form. Conte has almost all of his players available, only Stefano Sensi is sidelined.

This is a derby, first against second. I expect both coaches, Pioli and Conte, to be very careful. Nobody want to lose the derby.
