It is clear this is game of the day. city come from Madrid very tired with some players under question mark today. Kevin de Bruyne and Kyle Walkerboth picked up injuries. Ruben Dias back on training but he wont be fit for today.

Liverpool had almost friendly game against Benfica 3-3. They layed with mixed team and only worry for them is Jota who got injured against Benfica. All others are ready and fit for today.

Few days ago we saw great game between these two 2-2 in Premier league. Still today it is neutral ground, Kevin de Bruyne look not to be fit.
Liverpool is more rest than City as well.

I will going with Liverpool.
